MeatEater The Store partners exclusively with sustainable family farms and ranches that prioritize pasture-raised, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free livestock.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate overnight and two-day shipping to ensure your products arrive frozen or chilled. Orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday through Wednesday are typically processed the same day.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing a tracking link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
